Experience in manufacturing laboratory reagents
Founded in the early 1990s, Claro-prom is a family-owned Croatian company with over 30 years of experience in the manufacture of reagents for histology, specialized laboratory cleaning products and high-purity chemicals. Today, the third generation of the family is entering the company, continuing its long-standing manufacturing tradition while contributing to its further development.
Our activities include formulation, filling, labelling, storage and distribution, supported by quality controls of incoming raw materials, production batches and finished products.
Claro-prom operates a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 13485, covering the manufacture, formulation, filling, labelling, storage and distribution of in vitro diagnostic medical devices for laboratory use.
Our focus is on providing laboratories with reliable products, consistent quality, clear documentation and continuous availability.

Quality in Every Batch
Our manufacturing processes are organised and controlled within our ISO 13485 Quality Management System, with defined procedures covering purchasing, formulation, filling, labelling, storage and distribution.
For every production batch, we maintain records of raw materials, manufacturing activities and finished-product controls, ensuring traceability throughout the process.
Documented procedures, batch control and traceability are integral parts of our daily manufacturing practice.
